- General Policy: Once a project agreement is signed and work has commenced, Deosoft IT Services Private Limited does not offer refunds or accept cancellations.
- Non-Refundable Services: Payments for software design and development services, including initial consultations, project milestones, and full project payments, are non-refundable.
3. Special Conditions for Refunds:
- Exceptional Cases: In some special conditions, where the company considers it appropriate and without any external force, a partial refund may be provided.
- Prior Notice: Clients must submit a written request for a refund at least one month (30 days) prior to the desired refund date.
- Refund Amount: In such exceptional cases, a refund of up to 20% of the total project cost may be granted.
- Review Process: Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the company reserves the right to approve or deny the refund based on the merits of the request.
- Refund Processing Time: After successful review of refund request. A partial refund will be processed and the processing time will be 21 Working Days from successful review.

- Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved through good faith efforts, it may be subject to arbitration as per the terms of the project agreement.
